Introduction and General Provisions

xcc8 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "xcc8") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the xcc8 website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

You may be required to verify your identity during the registration process. If documents are requested for identity verification, they must be provided within the specified time. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If your password is lost or you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

xcc8 reserves the right to verify your identity (Know Your Customer) at any time as needed. KYC verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

3.3 Updating Personal Information

If any information registered in your account changes (such as your mobile number or payment method), please update your profile immediately or inform our support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently supported on xcc8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The correct reference number must be included at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method that was used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be placed on hold for review in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before you can withdraw it. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• xcc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on xcc8 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our platform offers a variety of game types including live casino, slots, cricket betting, fishing games, and card games.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and market has defined minimum and maximum betting limits which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.2 Technical Issues

If gameplay is disrupted due to a technical fault or server outage, all bets placed at that time will be considered void and the bet amounts will be refunded. The platform will not be held liable for any winnings or losses arising from such situations.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to cricket, football, and other sports markets: once a bet is accepted, the result is considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bet amounts will be refunded. xcc8 reserves the right to void bets in cases where incorrect odds were provided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xcc8:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to conduct gameplay.
• Collaborative cheating or collusion — multiple players on the same team playing in a coordinated manner for each other's benefit.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain — in such cases, the support team should be notified immediately.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, the associated account will be permanently closed and all balances and winnings will be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

12.1 Closure by User

xcc8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Fraudulent gaming activity.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users.

Dispute Resolution
